What is Digimoga and what do you do?
Digimoga is a full-service digital marketing agency. We help businesses grow their online presence through SEO, social media management, paid advertising (Google & Meta), and web design. We act as your dedicated growth partner — not just a vendor.
Who do you typically work with?
We work with businesses of all sizes — from funded startups and D2C brands to established enterprises and local businesses. If you're serious about growing digitally and want measurable results, we're a great fit.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. While we're based in India, we work with clients globally. Our team is fully remote-capable and comfortable with different time zones, currencies, and markets.

Do I need all four services or can I pick just one?
You can absolutely start with just one service. Many clients begin with SEO or paid ads, then expand as they see results. We'll recommend the right starting point based on your goals and budget.
What platforms do you run paid ads on?
We primarily run campaigns on Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). We can also manage campaigns on LinkedIn, Snapchat, and Pinterest depending on your target audience.
Which social media platforms do you manage?
We manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube. We recommend focusing on 2–3 platforms based on where your target audience is most active, rather than spreading thin across all of them.
Do you create content or do I need to provide it?
We handle all content creation — copy, graphics, Reels, ad creatives, and blog posts. You don't need to provide anything except some brand guidelines and initial inputs. We have an in-house creative team.
Do you build websites on WordPress or custom code?
Both. We build on WordPress, Webflow, or fully custom HTML/CSS/JS depending on your needs and budget. We recommend Webflow or custom for performance-focused sites, and WordPress when you need a powerful CMS.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on the service mix, scope, and your goals. As a rough guide, monthly retainers start from ₹15,000 for a single service and scale up based on complexity. We don't have one-size-fits-all packages — we'll build a custom quote for you after the discovery call.
Is there a minimum contract period?
For ongoing services like SEO and social media, we recommend a minimum of 3 months to see meaningful results — digital marketing takes time to compound. For paid ads and web projects, we can work on shorter or project-based terms.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
Our management fee is separate from your ad spend budget. You pay your ad spend directly to Google/Meta — we charge a flat management fee or a percentage of spend (whichever is agreed upon) for strategy, creation, and optimisation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and international wire transfers. Invoices are raised at the start of each billing cycle. We do not accept payments via cash.
How long does it take to see results?
It depends on the channel. Paid ads can show results within days. SEO typically takes 3–6 months to show significant traction — it's a long-term investment. Social media growth usually becomes visible within 4–8 weeks of consistent execution.
Can you guarantee results or a specific ROAS?
No ethical agency can guarantee specific numbers — results depend on your product, market, competition, and budget. What we do guarantee is best-in-class strategy, transparent reporting, and relentless optimisation. Our track record speaks for itself — average ROAS of 5x across client campaigns.
How do you measure and report results?
You get access to a live dashboard showing real-time performance, plus a detailed monthly report covering key metrics: traffic, rankings, ROAS, leads, conversions, and growth vs. previous period. We also have monthly strategy calls to walk you through performance.
What happens if a campaign underperforms?
We proactively flag underperformance before you have to ask. We'll pause what's not working, run A/B tests, and pivot the strategy. We treat your budget like our own — if something isn't delivering, we fix it fast.
What does onboarding look like?
After signing, we kick off with a deep-dive discovery session (60–90 minutes) to understand your business, competitors, target audience, and goals. Then we build your custom strategy within 5–7 business days and begin execution in week two.
Who will I be working with day-to-day?
You'll have a dedicated Account Manager as your main point of contact. Behind them is a team of specialists — SEO, ads, social, and design — who execute your campaigns. You'll never be passed around or given a junior who doesn't know your account.
How do you handle communication and updates?
We communicate via email and WhatsApp/Slack (your preference). You can expect a response within 4 business hours. Monthly strategy calls are scheduled in advance, and we send weekly performance snapshots so you're never in the dark.
Do I retain ownership of all assets and accounts?
100%. You own all ad accounts, social profiles, website code, content, and data. We operate within your accounts, not our own. If you ever decide to leave, you take everything with you — no lock-in on assets.
